Explores the business results of implementing ARCHIBUS to achieve your facilities goals. This course highlights the advantages of using ARCHIBUS as an organization’s Total Enterprise Asset Management System.

ARCHIBUS Nuts and Bolts (3 days)
In this course the student learns the nuts and bolts of how to enter data, link drawings to database records and produce reports and drawing plans.

User Report Writing (2 days)
Covers defining restrictions, calculated statistics, formatting report, export to Acrobat, export to Excel and XML, adding tables, adding charts and drawings.

ARCHIBUS Drawing Editor (1 day)
Takes students through the commands of the Drawing Editor, giving users the ability to integrate drawings seamlessly with ARCHIBUS data.

Space and Overlay (3 days)
Covers building a space hierarchy in ARCHIBUS, cataloging drawings, tracking spatial information, and using the space data for making business decisions.

Building Operations (3 days)
Building Operations Module Training covers creation, review and closure of Work Requests and Work Orders/Preventive Maintenance schedules and Work Orders/Equipment schedules and maintenance.

Furniture & Equipment (2 days)
Covers furniture management techniques, equipment management techniques, F & E surveys, creating & managing F & E standards.

Move Management (2 days)
Covers move orders, planning for moves, and integrating the moves process into business processes. Learn to perform Trial Moves using CAD drawings and basic planning of organizational restacking.
