NotifyRT AUTOMATED Email Notifications in ARCHIBUS

Most ARCHIBUS users want a flexible method for automating emails to certain people in certain situations. While some automated email is built into ARCHIBUS, most users find they need more flexibility and simpler methods to define or change email rules and messages.

For that reason, ARCHIBUS Solution Centers — RT provides NotifyRT to our clients. This product is not provided through any other source, but is offered only to our directly supported clients.

NotifyRT vastly simplifies the creation of automated emails for nearly any situation. It is built right into the ARCHIBUS system, using the same application server, code base, views, reporting tools, security, menu systems, and database (including the notifications table used by built-in emails). It comes completely configured with its own menu of screens for easy creation, modification, management and testing of the email rules.

Creation and modification of emails requires no Java or JavaScript coding or expertise in email systems, just straightforward SQL queries and mail-merge type tags. You can create and modify email rules and messages yourself, or rely on our expert services.
