ARCHIBUS System Administration is an intensive 3-day course that covers how to modify the ARCHIBUS user interface to control the user experience. The course covers topics like modifying database tables and fields; setting up users and security; creating reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards; personalizing the navigator; administering drawing publishing; manipulating the database to perform upgrades; creating test environments, and converting databases of one type to another; and, installations. This course is designed for the ARCHIBUS administrator and system administrator, responsible for installing the software, maintaining system integrity, and personalizing the interface.

ARCHIBUS Basic System Integration is a 2-day hands-on session exploring the Web Central interface and underlying technology. Web Central is a feature-rich Web application that complements the ARCHIBUS Smart Client, Smart Client Extension for AutoCAD and Revit, and Windows/Client products by adding the openness and reach of the World- Wide Web. Learn how to extend the interface to tailor processes to the specific needs of your organization by creating custom Web forms, grids, and assemblies. This course is designed for the ARCHIBUS integrator responsible for modifying code and manipulating the interface using primarily HTML and basic JavaScript.

Web Central is a feature-rich Web application that complements the ARCHIBUS Smart Clients and Windows/Client products by adding the openness and reach of the World-Wide Web. Learn how to extend the interface to tailor processes to the specific needs of your organization. This course is designed for the experienced ARCHIBUS integrator responsible for modifying code and manipulating the interface and business workflow using JavaScript, Flash, and Java.

ARCHIBUS Fundamentals is a 4-day course designed to teach the basic skills needed to work effectively with ARCHIBUS and provides an overview of its many business applications. Participants will learn about the basic components of ARCHIBUS – databases, drawings, and reports; and its suite of products – ARCHIBUS Web Central, ARCHIBUS Smart Client, and the Smart Client for AutoCAD and Revit. Participants will become competent in the core ARCHIBUS application domains: Space Planning & Management, Building Operations, Real Estate Portfolio Management, and Asset Management. The Fundamentals course is great for users who are new to ARCHIBUS or who would like to learn more about the available functionality beyond the scope of their current use.
Note: The minimum class size in Boston is three (3). Attendees are responsible for transportation and other expenses incurred while attending training. If a class is under-subscribed, it may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of ARCHIBUS, Inc. ARCHIBUS, Inc. assumes no responsibility for penalties or fees incurred for advanced, special rate, or non-cancelable fares. Cancellation by the student within five (5) business days before the class date will result in payment of 50% of the course fee if the seat cannot be filled. Cancellation by the student within three (3) business days before the class date will result in payment of 100% of the course fee if the seat cannot be filled.
